Sometimes when I make images I deliberately create a sun flare using my camera lens. I love the rainbow effect, the touch of brightness that only happens at a certain angle, at a certain time of day. This effect suits the wooden door (or gate) that I found in this historic adobe wall in the small village of Galisteo, New Mexico.
