Water in Concrete with Leaves Baby Onesie

Every once in a while I'll stumble across a small vignette that attracts my eye. These leaves appear to be tied together with wire, but they've just fallen into an indentation on top of a concrete pedestal. There are three leaves fully visible in the water, and one on the border. A bit of sky is reflected.
